Workshops mit Spedix am 19.11.2022

So sooo... ihr scheint es mir noch nicht ganz geglaubt zu haben,dass Spedix ein oder zwei Workshops wert ist :-p Kein Problem, ich spame euch gerne mit Viedeos von ihm voll, hier zum Beispiel ein Ausschnitt seiner Tänzer/innen bei "Itailian's got Talent".

Dieser Trip ausserhalb unserer Comfort-Zone lässt du dir nicht entgehen oder?

Spedix unterrichtet uns Voguing und Waacking. Es sind also Workshops ganz ohne Stange. Auch sonst braucht ihr gar keine Kenntnisse. Er wird und zwei Anfängerworkshops präsentieren, da wir uns alle in Neuland bewegen werden.

Das Wichtigste in Kürze: es werden ziemliche Badass Workshops, ihr lernt euch feminin zu bewegen, euch ins gute Licht zu rücken und wir feiern unsere Körper.

Waacking is a dance born in the 70s in California.

Born in Underground clubs and danced on Disco Music.

It does not refer to specific movements and is the maximum free expression of one's body.A completely bold, elegant, engaging, glamorous style.

We will study basic techniques by working arms and grooves with association with the legs.

Voguing

It was born as a freestyle style in ballrooms, dance halls where the Latin American and African American gay communities were free to express themselves in a style that could best represent them. Sensual and feminine, voguing does not simply represent a dance style but a real culture.

VOGUE FEMME a feminine style, where we will work the five basic elements of this style.

Within the lesson we will explain to students the differences and all the details they need to know.

womit: bequeme Sportklamotten - so wie du dich wohl fühlst

sowie Turnschuhe oder Socken
